Before becoming a full-time coach, Ruth worked within HR, Senior Leadership and youth work. Ruth started working with 3D in 2018 and, as well as delivering coaching and training, spends a good chunk of her time communicating with our brilliant customers.

Working in a range of settings, Ruth coaches and trains with friendly curiosity, deep listening, challenge and warmth.

Helping people feel heard and move forward. Being real and human and working things out together.

Ruth lives in Hertfordshire with her two children (and sometimes foster cats) and loves being with people in person. She loves a good challenge, although since hanging up her running shoes she is currently looking for the next one….
